Abstract
Sexuality and aging are not incompatible terms. However, sexual issues are often ignored in older adults. Impacts of altered physiology and pathologic changes, such as cardiovascular disease are discussed in this article. What is clear is that many older adults are interested in remaining sexually active throughout the years. Keywords
