Abstract
Conservative management based on re-education of pelvic floor muscles in women with stress incontinence is not new. However, a pelvic exerciser has been developed and used successfully together with a scheme of graded exercises in a small controlled trial. Ten of 11 of those in the trial were cured or improved but only 6 of 11 of the controls, taught conventional exercises, showed any improvement. Keywords
