Abstract
Cache Valley virus was isolated from Culiseta inornata mosquitoes collected in Utah. The newly isolated agent causes signs of encephalitis in mice inoculated intracerebrally. It has been classified with the Bunyamwera group of anthropod-borne (Arbor) viruses.Keywords
