Fabrication and analysis of volume phase holographic cylindrical lens

Abstract
A volume phase holographic cylindrical lens was fabricated in a thin plastic photopolymer layer by interfering a diverging beam with a collimated beam. Diffraction characteristics of the lens were found to be in agreement with theoretical model.
