Abstract
ADENOCARCINOMA complicating regional enteritis was first reported in 1956 by Ginzburg et al.1 Since that time there have been scattered case reports, but because carcinomas of the jejunum and ileum constitute less than 1 per cent of all tumors of the gastrointestinal tract a few cases have importance.Case ReportF.P. (H.F.H. 058–12–52–5), a 35-year-old man, was first seen at the Henry Ford Hospital in 1949 because of chronic psoriasis. Nine years previously he had been treated at another hospital for "chronic ulcerative colitis," but since that time his bowel condition had been quiescent. In 1962 he had noted cramping . . .
