Abstract
The article on “Key Questions Regarding Work Engagement” presents an agenda of 10 propositions for future research on this important topic. However, some conceptual aspects of this agenda might be enhanced by greater consideration of the parallels, as well as of the differences, between work engagement and job burnout. Several recommendations are presented as possible enhancements of these 10 propositions. Keywords
