Abstract
Details an approach to consumer feedback in an out‐patient specialty service. Outlines the approach to undertaking a consumer survey and how feedback from people using the Genito‐Urinary Medicine services can be obtained. The aim of the survey was to assess the level of individual/personal care. Gives the objectives and methodology, main findings and recommendations, together with a cost benefit analysis of the work.Keywords
