Abstract
Fibrolipoma belongs to the benign tumor variant of lipoma characterized by the presence of adipose tissue and large volume of fibrous tissue. Our patient who was a 50-year-old mother of 2 children presented with a recurrent pedunculated large lump from right postauricular region of 13 years' duration. She underwent en mass excision of the lump under general anesthesia with primary closure of surgical wound. The tumor weighed 2.55 kg, and histopathologic examination revealed fibrolipoma. She was followed up for 6 months and found no recurrence.Keywords
