Abstract
The DPN+, DPNH, TPN+ and TPNH contents of various animal tissues were determined. In all investigated DPN was present mainly in the oxidized form, TPN chiefly and sometimes exclusively in the reduced form. High total concentrations of both DPN and TPN were found in liver, adrenals, kidney and lactating mammary glands. The high level of TPN in ovary and the low levels in brain and voluntary muscle were also of interest. Keywords
