Abstract
Dural arteriovenous fistulas (DAVFs) at the cervicomedullary junction are rare and have a wide variation in presentation. We report a case of occipital neuralgia (ON) as a rare presenting symptom of cervicomedullary DAVF causing intramedullary hemorrhage at the C1 level.
