Developing Synergistic Knowledge in Student Groups

Abstract
This paper examines factors that influence the development of synergistic knowledge in student groups. Results suggest positive influences of team psychological safety and social interaction and a negative influence of task conflict on synergistic knowledge development. Implications of these findings for teaching and research are discussed.Keywords
