Abstract
Clozapine is known to cause cardiac side-effects, including myocarditis, pericarditis and cardiomyopathy. Prompted by a case of clozapine-related pericarditis in our hospital we undertook a review of the literature for reports of myocarditis, pericarditis and cardiomyopathy occurring in patients treated with clozapine. This is the first comprehensive review of the literature on this topic. Keywords
