A case of isolated cutaneous metastasis of the gands which reacted favorably to local radiotherapy occurring during the course of a cancer of the prostate is reported. The clinical aspect, the diagnostic problems, and the evolution of this disorder were determined and the possible routes of spread of the cancer cells studied.
