Abstract
Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems (and Content Workflow as their component) have become a strategic direction of informatization, especially in multi-branch organizations. The goal of the research was to model organizational and locational structures that are important elements in Content Workflow modeling. As a result of a design-based research that incorporated a case study from a large Polish medical company, the propositions for new modeling methods were developed. Keywords
