Stereoselective Synthesis of γ,δ-Unsaturated α-Hydroxyphosphonates through [2,3]-Wittig Sigmatropic Rearrangement of α-Allyloxyphosphonates

Abstract

The [2,3]-Wittig sigmatropic rearrangement of α-allyloxyphosphonate is shown to give γ,δ-unsaturated α-hydroxyphosphonate with high degree of stereoselectivity.
