This is the first report of an Indian family of seventy-two members, twenty-two of whom showed the features of onycho-osteo-arthrodysplasia. A detailed orthopaedic and genetic analysis of the family is given. Iliac horns were found in all the the patients, the youngest of whom was three months old; genu varum was noted in six knees; and all affected members had B group blood.
