Abstract
International audienceThis paper discusses the needs for a concept and harmonized terms of reference in data fusion. Already published definitions are analyzed. A new definition of the data fusion is proposed which has been set within an European working group. Several definitions and terms of reference are given which describe the information intervening in any problem of data fusionKeywords
