Abstract

I.r. bands due to dissociative adsorption of hydrogen onto ZrO₂ at room temperature were observed by Fourier transform i.r. spectroscopy at 3780 and 3668 cm^–1 for ZrOH and at 1562 and 1371 cm^–1 for ZrH and ZrHZr, respectively.
