Abstract
It is shown that a knowledge of the two-particle scattering amplitude below inelastic threshold places restrictions on the amount of four-particle production at high angular momenta. Conversely, if there is no four-particle production, there is no elastic scattering. This publication has 9 references indexed in Scilit:
