Abstract
Mesenchymale Stammzellen (MSC) sind multipotent. Sie wirken gewebsregenerierend, gleichzeitig entzündungshemmend und antifibrotisch. Aufgrund ihres nichtimmunogenen Charakters können MSC autolog und allogen ohne Begleitmaßnahmen sicher transplantiert werden – eine Option bei refraktären Kollagenosen und Osteoarthrose.Keywords
