Abstract
The reactivity of neurotransmitters toward hydrogen abstraction by an active oxygen species (the cumylperoxyl radical) is comparable to that of a strong antioxidant such as catechin due to the strong intramolecular hydrogen bonding, which has been successfully detected by ESR.Keywords
