1. 1. A brief introductory historical account of fasciectomy for Dupuytren's Contracture is give. 2. The results of treatment of a group of patients by local radical fasciectomy over a period of ten years are described in detail. 3. It is suggested that local radical fasciectomy is a useful and satisfactory operation.
