Abstract
The clinical and pathological features of a 30-year-old man with Gaucher's disease are described. He had severe pulmonary hypertension resulting from obstruction of pulmonary capillaries by Gaucher cells. Acute recurrent pericarditis of unknown etiology terminally led to hemopericardium and cardiac tamponade. Keywords
