Abstract
This paper examined gibberellin (GA)-induced seed germination in Arabidopsis using a combination of approaches, including gene profiling by microarray analysis, GA measurements by gas chromatography and mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and in situ hybridization. Some of the GA-responsive genes are expressed in cells that do not synthesize active GAs. Potential interactions between GA and other hormone pathways were suggested because some...Keywords
