Abstract
We report on two cases of IVUS‐guided wiring technique performed on chronic total occlusion using stiffer wires and low‐profile intracoronary ultrasound catheter. This technique helped improve a success rate of chronic total occlusion case. Catheter Cardiovasc Interv 2004;61:381–386.Keywords
