Abstract
Orbital magnetic resonance imaging was carried out in nine directions of gaze in a normal subject. The findings are presented and discussed especially in relation to retrobulbar injections. Atkinson's position is confirmed to be hazardous and a new position for the globe at retrobulbar injections is suggested.Keywords
