Zosteriform Keratosis Follicularis Treated Topically With Tretinoin

Abstract

A patient with linear Darier's disease was treated with the open application of tretinoin (vitamin A acid) in cold cream. Complete remission of the disease was obtained clinically and a complete reversion of the histopathologic findings also was obtained within a four-month period.
