Use of acitretin in the treatment of resistant viral warts

Abstract
A case of extensive periungual viral warts in an immunocompetent patient that failed to respond to standard treatments over a 10-year period is reported. A rapid and complete response to treatment was achieved with oral acitretin.Keywords
