Abstract
ARACHNOID CYSTS OF the quadrigeminal cistern have been managed by cyst shunting and craniotomy with cyst fenestration. Two children are presented who underwent successful burr hole neuroendoscopic fenestration of symptomatic quadrigeminal plate cysts. The literature is reviewed with regard to the treatment of quadrigeminal arachnoid cysts, and the neuroendoscopic management of these cysts is described. Keywords
