Abstract
Conclusions Very few patients underwent aggressive surgery. En bloc resection and lymphadenectomy may have stage-specific effects on survival. Additional studies should explore the underuse of aggressive operations, verify survival advantages, and define stage-specific resection strategies.Keywords
