Abstract
Suspensions, emulsions, solutions, and liposomes were used as carriers to deliver drugs endolymphatically in animals. The purpose was to find which preparation was best tolerated by lymph tissue while slowly releasing the highly concentrated drugs out of nodal depots. Large unilamellar liposomes manufactured by detergent dialysis yielded the best results. Keywords
