The authors have succeeded in creating a book that differs from other excellent textbooks, monographs, and handbooks in nephrology, especially in its format and design. Comprehensive Clinical Nephrology is richly illustrated and impressive throughout because of its concise text, informative flow diagrams and tables, and carefully selected and artfully drawn figures. A major strength of the book is the way it presents the complexity of the subject in an easily understandable way without being simplistic.
