Ein neues Verfahren, die transvaginale, pelviskopisch kontrollierte Zervix-Cavum uteri-Fundusstanze mit C*U*R*T* (Calibrated Uterine Resection Tool) bietet sich an, das gesamte Endothel aus der Gebärmutter zu entfernen. Die TUMA ( Totale Uterus Mucosa Ab-lation) ist eine Synthese von Pelviskopie, Excoreation durch Konisation und Ablatio. Dieses Verfahren dürfte nach gegenwärtiger Kenntnis optimal sein, bei speziellen Indikationen eine Hysterektomie zu vermeiden.
