Abstract
The essential oils of leaves and stems of Eupatorium triplinerve Vahl and E. paniculatum Poepp et Endl. were obtained by hydrodistillation and analyzed by GC/MS. The oil of E. triplinerve was dominated by 2,5-dimethoxy p-cymene (69.7%) and β-caryophyllene (19.7%). The major constituent identified in the oil of E. paniculatum was β-caryophyllene (46.8%).Keywords
