2-Modified Tryptamines by Sn-Pd Transmetallation-coupling Process

Abstract

Incorporation of tin into the 2-position of tryptamine provided the opportunity of a wide range of inter- and intramolecular cross-coupling reactions based on the transmetallation from Sn to Pd as a key step.
