Abstract
Neutral human and dog leucocyte proteases were inactivated by complexation with α1-antitrypsin and with the α-macroglobulins. These two inhibitors closely resemble one another in their affinity for the above-mentioned proteases and for chymotrypsin, but differ in their affinity for trypsin. The fibrinolytic activity was inhibited by both inhibitors. Keywords
