Abstract
Neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) followed by radical surgery is a promising strategy to improve survival of patients with stage III gastric cancer, but is associated with the risk of preoperative overdiagnosis by which patients with early disease may receive unnecessary intensive chemotherapy.Keywords
