Abstract
A case is presented, apparently the 1st reported, describing recurrent myocardial infarction in an athletic 25 yr old man due to coronary arterial spasm, which was demonstrated at autopsy. A previous angiogram performed during life, after the 1st myocardial infarction, showed normal coronary arteries. The findings are discussed with a review of coronary arterial spasm. This publication has 46 references indexed in Scilit:
