Abstract
The pharmacokinetics of corticosteroids in pregnancy were analyzed to assess maternal/fetal disposition and factors controlling fetal exposure. Area/Moment equations and compartmental models for estimating pharmacokinetic parameters from single dose data during pregnancy were developed.Keywords
