Control of Passing the Resonance Zone During Start-up of Above Resonance Vibration Machines

Abstract
The features of the start-up of the electric drive of an above resonance vibration machine were considered. The possibility of using a variable-frequency electric drive to pass the resonance zone while starting the vibration machine was substantiated. It was noted that in the case of using drive motors in above resonance vibration machine with a capacity calculated for a stable operation, it is necessary to ensure an increase in the torque of the motors while overcoming the resonant zone. To increase the torque of the drive motors during the start-up process, the use of a linear law of frequency control and a sharp steplike increase in the supply voltage when approaching the resonance zone was proposed. Experimental studies of the formation of the frequency start-up of above resonance vibration machines in a laboratory setup were carried out.
