The Preparation and Properties of Arsenic‐Doped Tin Oxide Films

Abstract

[[abstract]]© 1979 Electrochemical Society-The authors have extended their work on the growth of tin oxide films to include the effects of arsenic doping (for previous work see ibid., vol.123, p.941 (1976)). Results have been found to be qualitatively similar to those for phosphorus-doped films, with the major difference that this arsenic doping results in films with a maximum conductivity that is a factor of 5 less than that obtained for phosphorus-doped films[[department]]電機工程學
