Abstract
Psoriatic patients (20) treated with etretinate were followed in a prospective study of liver biopsies. Patients (12) were followed up for 3 yr with 4 liver biopsies each. No significant damage to the liver was found during etretinate therapy. Etretinate may be stored in the fatty tissues of the liver or other body areas for prolonged periods. This publication has 9 references indexed in Scilit:
