Abstract
An investigation was carried out to examine cognitive factors which contribute to competence in the biological sciences. In a previous paper we discussed the various forms of spatial ability (Macnab and Johnstone, 1990). This paper is concerned with the role played by cognitive style and analytical ability.Keywords
