Abstract
Most nations are facing growing rates of overweight and obesity, with latest global projections from the World Health Organization of approximately 1.6 billion overweight and 400 million obese adults.1 Well-recognized adverse effects of overweight include type 2 diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular disease.Keywords
