Survey on Visual and Musculoskeletal Symptoms in VDT Workers

Abstract
近年,VDT(Visual Display Terminals)機器の普及により,職場におけるVDT作業者数およびVDT作業時間は増加している.それに伴い,VDT作業に関する疲労対策に取り組んでいる事業所も増えている.本研究では,このような職場におけるVDT作業者の疲労状況と疲労に関連する項目を検討し,改善すべき要因の候補を見いだすことを目的としたアンケート調査を実施した.調査票は3,927部配布し,2,374部(回収率:60.5%)回収した.解析対象者は,20歳から59歳までのVDT作業者1,406名(男性1,069名,女性337名)とした.疲労と調査項目との関連性の検討には,ロジスティック回帰分析を用いた.疲労自覚症状の訴えは,男女ともに眼の痛み・疲れが最も多く(72.1%),次いで首・肩のこり・痛み(59.3%),腰のこり・痛み(30.0%),手・腕の痛み・疲れ(13.9%)が多かった.いずれの疲労自覚症状においても,女性は男性に比べ高い有訴率を示した.眼の痛み・疲れには,男女ともに気流への不満の有無が最も関連し,従来眼の痛み・疲れの要因とされてきた照明の映り込みや文字の見やすさは関連しなかった.これは,職場での照明環境が改善され,グレア対策が進められているためと考えられる.首・肩のこり・痛みにはキー入力中の肩の持ち上がりとマウスの形状・操作位置が関連し,手・腕の痛み・疲れにはマウスの操作位置と机の高さが関連した.腰のこり・痛みには,椅子の座り心地とキー入力中の手首を浮かせた姿勢が主に関連した.筋骨格系の疲労では,VDT作業に関する疲労対策が実施されてきているにも関わらず,従来の報告と同様の項目が関連した.This publication has 19 references indexed in Scilit:
