Abstract
クリプトコッカスはエイズや血液悪性疾患を代表とする免疫低下宿主に合併する日和見感染症である. 近年, NK細胞, NKT細胞, γδT細胞などによって構築される自然免疫はTh1-Th2バランスの方向性に多大な影響を与え, その後の獲得免疫の質を左右する重要なプロセスであることがわかってきた. クリプトコッカスの感染防御においてはTh1型免疫反応が重要であり, 自然免疫が深く関与していることが推察される. 本稿では自然免疫リンパ球, 特にNKT細胞とγδT細胞に焦点を当て, そのクリプトコッカス感染防御における役割について自験データを中心にまとめてみた.Keywords
