Abstract
Homogeneous chiral nickel-bisphosphine complexes catalyze the asymmetric hydrogenation of α-amino-β-keto ester hydrochlorides through dynamic kinetic resolution to efficiently afford anti-β-hydroxy-α-amino esters with high diastereo- and enantioselectivities.Keywords
