Abstract
IPEX (immune dysregulation, polyendocrinopathy, enteropathy, and X-linked syndrome), a rare inflammatory disease caused by mutations of Foxp3, destroys the immunoregulatory environment of affected male infants. Data on optimal therapy are limited.Keywords
