Context: This work focuses on analyzing Social and Corporate Responsibility and its impact on the administrative management of the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Pedro Carbo Canton. Method: The study is in the field and its purpose is to establish an approach with the study case organization, the approach with the collaborators, as well as with the department head to collect enough information according to the problem raised, for which a descriptive study, followed by a documentary review with an inductive - deductive method. Results: It is observed that in the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the state of Pedro Carbo, the implemented programs have gaps in the corporate and social responsibility policies to contribute to the management of corporate governance. Conclusions: In the Decentralized Autonomous Government through Social Management and Citizen Participation, the programs "My best years in space mode work with food", "The global development of the child at the center of the child's development mode" and " Methods of care for people with disabilities at home and in the community, rehabilitation centers for people with disabilities”. The activities carried out directly affect the stakeholders of the MIES, the mayor, the cantonal council and the technical team, the time that benefits people with disabilities, the elderly and children, benefits that are framed in the social and business responsibility policies that are carried out in the administrative management process of the Pedro Carbo Decentralized Autonomous Government.
