Abstract
In this article, we provide a summary of the generally accepted approaches to the design and analysis of studies examining the pharmacokinetic (PK) profile of an infused coagulation factor in patients with a deficiency of one or more of these factors. Furthermore, we briefly review the known PK results for various commercially available coagulation factor preparations under single and continuous infusion. Keywords
